Leupold says the internal parts of these are the same as the VX-2 level model, making them an even better value. When the rifle is zeroed, remember to loosen and retighten the knobs in their zero position. It is easy to accidentally turn them unintentionally. If they are set to your zero at their zero, you can always turn them back to the zero mark. Otherwise you have to remember where they ended up when the rifle was zeroed. Excellent product, I have several of these.
Pros: Excellent optics for the price, has CDS feature to customize to the load and gun, plenty of light, fully adjustable in E and W "quickly"
Cons: User needs to remember to zero the knobs after zeroing the rifle because knobs can be turned accidentally during regular handling, in/out of case, etc..
