Simple, effective, compact and affordable - Leupold RX-1400i Gen 2 TBR/W 5x Rangefinder w/Flightpath

I expected the same quality as found in my Leupold scope and got it! It is very simple to set up and use; literally one button two presses. The reticle has just what you need without a lot of clutter. It has the ability to help with correcting for slope angle, windage, and holdover. It can be calibrated to your bow for near/far sight pins, which I have not yet done. I have not explored all of its capabilities, but going by the manual this has more to it than meets the eye. My only gripe, which might not be unique to this unit or brand, is the red illumination for the reticle can be a little hard to read in very bright light conditions. Thankfully, the majority of my successful hunting happens around sunrise and sunset. I have not used any other rangefinders, so I did not feel the red reticle alone warranted less than five stars for a really great tool.
