Simple, works well adjustable windage. Front site is tough as heck to get in straight..you have to twist it into it's slot and this is very tight. DON'T use your scope for this if you have no idea what you're doing.
Pros: Simple, works
Cons: Very tight front sight.. hard to get perfectly lined up.
