Another leupold - Leupold VX-3HD 3.5-10x40mm Rifle Scope, 1" Tube, Second Focal Plane (SFP)

Just mounted the new scope on a Savage Axis. I use a picatinny rail and Leupold Backcountry low base mounts. The fit was perfect. The scope has a smooth power adjustments and keeps eye relief consistent. The price was very competitive from a buyer I trust. The cost of the scope exceeded the cost of the rifle , but the rifle deserves a great piece of glass. I also put the barrel and action in a Boyds hardwood laminate stock. I am thinking I will have 30-06 I always wanted.
