Philnbama's Review of Lew's Super Duty Speed Spool Baitcast Reel
lews heavy duty speed spool has been great for frogging and punching. Combined with 60# braid the fish get in the boat quick. Optics planet offered the best price hands down. Reel was at the house two days after order was placed as promised. Currently in the process of tricking the wife to get another. If you fish on a grassy lake like Guntersville this is a must have.
Pros:
- Heavy duty bearings
- Lew's reliability
Cons:
- Small spool but ok with braid
Best Used for:
- Frog fishing
- flipping
