Great ammo. I have read the previous 1-star review and agree with the penetration issue. I have spoken to the factory myself and this was developed to meet FBI standards for penetration, since the government insists on meeting those standards. I disagree with the difficulty in cleaning the "black" casing residue. It is very easy if you use a good solvent cleaner and clean your guns regularly. I usually do mine after about 300 rounds. In addition, it definitely decreases recoil. Shooting this out of my Staccato XC which has a compensator it almost feels like shooting a 22.
