Bought based on good reviews, but didn't work well for me. - Lion Gears Tactical Picatinny 0.5" 3-Slot Quick Release Riser Mount

Bought this scope riser for one of my PCC's, based on the numerous good reviews and that it has a side locking lever instead of just a threaded nut. I installed it as instructed and lock tited it down securely, but it came loose after firing just a few rounds, and didn't seem like it actually fit snugly no matter what I might have done. Maybe I just got one that was off spec, maybe the rail on my PCC was off spec which I doubt, but it simply didn't work for me.
