RC's Review of LiteFighter Gear Fido Ai Two Person Shelter System

I ordered the LiteFighter 4-season 2-person tent a couple of days ago. It arrived today. I pushed some furniture out of the way and opened the shipping box. The tent and attachments securely wrapped inside. Here's what I found:

The footprint was neatly folded so I opened it up, pinched the corners together and marked the middle point on the dirt side and labeled all 6 folds. The reason for this was trying to unfold or fold the footprint in the dark, rain, snow, or with a mountain lion sitting in a tree branch overhead, I'll be able to keep the dirty side down and fold up like it needs to fit somewhere, because it does.

Next, I pulled the camo cover into the laundry room, threw it in the dryer, set the heat on Very Low, then let it run until the cover got fairly warm. That effort erased the creases in the material from being packaged so well. If you do this, I take no responsibility in you leaving it on too high or too long.

The vented inner liner was installed and I added the camouflaged outer cover. Easy to manage clips attach all the covers to the aluminum Skelton. Simple.

The interior is roomy and I'm glad I ordered the 2-person model, as it's large enough inside to give me some room for changing clothes and keeping things squared away. I'm going to use this while as I do some motorcycle camping west of the Rockies before Summer hits. It''s roomy for me, big enough if I gain a pillion and co-pilot, and it's built with great quality equipment, fabric and care. A solid BUY!
