Will not cycle on glock 19 or glock 45. constant failures. - Lone Wolf Arms 9mm Threaded Barrel

Purchased this and have shot multiple types of ammo. It constantly fails. It will usually fire the first round but will fail 95% after that. Haven’t been able to get more than 3 rounds without a failure. The barrel is defective at keeping the OEM guide rod in place. You can visually see the difference, as it lacks a “notch” of some sort and each time you remove the upper the guide rod is slid off. Will be returning. I have multiple picture and examples. This sucks because I purchased 2 compensators along with it, one from here and another from elsewhere that I cannot use or test.
