H16438's Review of Lone Wolf Arms Glock 23/32 9mm Threaded Conversion Barrel, 1/2x28
This Glock 23 (40 cal to 9mm) is a very easy conversion. Simply remove the existing barrel from the slide and replace it with this one. I also purchased a couple Glock 19 magazines for the 9mm rounds.
I fired 20 rounds through the conversion at the gun range with the following observations:
1. At least two of the rounds failed to eject after firing.
2. At least three rounds did not chamber completely in the barrel and jammed the gun.
3. There was very little difference in recoil between the 9mm rounds and 40mm rounds.
Overall, the conversion works, but not without issues.
Based on my observations and tests, I think it would be difficult to recommend it to others as a reliable alternative for anything but less expensive target pratice.

Pros:
- Allows the user to shoot less expensive 9mm rounds
- Very easy installation
Cons:
- Does not reliably chamber rounds
- Does not reliably eject rounds
- The user will not have 100 percent confidence it will fire reliably without jamming.
Best Used for:
- Target pratice only
