Lucid hd7 generation iii red dot sight - Lucid Optics HD7 Gen III 1x34mm Reflex Red Dot Sight

Day one of receive I placed battery in site. Battery is a little hard to get to with the optic in the way. Turned optic on and dot reticle was fuzzy, but was willing to live with that. Other reticles which have vertical lines were not square, it was easily visible to eye, but was willing to live with it since I intended to only use dot. I placed the red dot on my Colt M4 and had no issues attaching it. Brightness levels and automatic/manual selection of brightness worked. Day two went to site in the Red Dot with son, and brightness level had completely quit working properly. I couldn't see the dot at all outside in the sun. Inside a dark house I could only see the red dot on the 2 brightest settings. I pulled battery in and out, used new battery, switched site on and off, etc. etc. etc. and nothing worked. Never shot a single shot with the Lucid because of malfunctioning product from the get go, so I have no idea how to judge it's accuracy. SENT PRODUCT BACK!!!
