Richard's Review of Lucid Optics HD7 Gen III 1x34mm Reflex Red Dot Sight
The HD7 is a great red dot for the price. It is sturdy and well put together. On lower intensity levels (when in manual mode), the 2 moa dot is nice and crisp. And so is the ringed dot. The vertical arrow and the "T" reticles never seem quite as crisp in their display to me, but they're still pretty good. If the intensity gets too high, then the reticles can appear a bit blurred, but it's just because you're not in the direct sunlight, which is what the highest intensities are for. And yes, when switching reticles, zero is maintained.
I also like the fact that there's a 2x magnifier for a fraction of the cost of other magnifiers, and it integrates nicely with the sight. Field of view becomes a bit smaller (and it was on the small side to begin with), but not noticeable if you keep both eyes open (which I don't).
