Parts are out of spec - Luth-AR A3 Upper Receiver, Stripped

Bolt will enter barrel extension and pass headspace check outside of upper receiver. Bolt will not enter barrel when inside bolt carrier group because upper receiver forces CAM pin into particular clocking that disallows bolt to enter barrel extension. All hardware associated with assembly was reinstalled on Anderson and Bravo Company uppers and works fine on those. I bought TWO of these, same issues with two different barrel sets that worked on other uppers just fine so it wasn't a single fluke incident.
