Not quite right - Luth-AR Lo Drag Upper Receiver

My Midwest industries hand guard is the compression type with tabs that slip past the upper receiver to keep it from rotating. The LUTH-AR is too large on the exterior dimension for it. Since I can’t use it, I have no determination as to its other merits, if any.
