Buis lwrc sights
I build ar 15s and use lwrc skirmish buis sights on regular basis. Optics planet has always been my source when possible. They always have prompt service and very good customer service. These sights are excellent and recommend them highly

Buyer Beware!
I REALLY looked forward to getting these sights, and I was happy to receive them exactly one week ago. These are the coolest looking sights, but problems lurk beneath. (1) I could not fit the front sight onto my AR-15's Seekins' rail. Well, it fit onto my AR-10's rail, so no big. I could swap si...

LWRC "Iron sights" Back up sights
LWRC often imitated, never beaten. For what it is worth, these are on every rifle I own. They are paired with various Eotech products. Could not be happier with their functionality, and quality. I have shopped them over time to get the best pricing. Wonderful products

LWRC DI Rifle Must Have LWRC Sights, Right?!
After thinking I was content in purchasing Magpul Mbus sights, I’m extremely happy I went for the upgraded option! These are extremely high quality, as is everything from LWRC. They seem to be on par with the big names; Troy, Magpul Pro, and others.

LWRC BUIS #1
I own these sights and also have Troy backups on another rifle. Personally, I think the LWRC sights are better quality. The only thing that the Troys excels at is the adjustability of the rear aperture. The mounting screws on the LWRCs are hex head where the Troys use a flathead. I gouged the Troys when the flathead bit skipped out while mounting and if you're OCD about your firearms like I am, nasty scratches are infuriating. No such problems mounting the L-Dub sights. The Troy backups are very popular and rightfully so. However, my personal preference leans towards the LWRCs.

A little pricey but worth it...
Some people may be turned of by the price of these BUIS, but I think they are worth every penny. Manufacturing quality is top notch and they install rock solid. Low profile when stowed and deploy easily. These are as good (or maybe even better) than other BUIS that maybe considered the benchmark in this product category.

LWRC Skirmish BUIS
The rear sight is the only one I've found that will clear the eyepiece of my scope when folded with either aperture selected. Also as sturdy as any other BUIS set I've used. They fit just fine on VLTOR, Cross & Aero upper rails & VLTOR, ODIN,& Noveske handguard rails.
Pros:
- Sturdy, compact
Cons:
- On the expensive side

Absolutely fantstic
These fit perfectly on a properly built AR from a reputable brand -
I've put these on my Colt, my LWRC, and a Smith and Wesson MP Sport - they all line up just fine and hold a zero when you set them.
They are very sturdy, and look much nicer and feel better than other similar products.
I got these mainly for my LWRC IC DI and I couldn't be happier with them.

Really wanted to like these
These would be great sights if they fit. Nice build, good quality, I like the look and function of them. The problem is mounting them on a rail. Other sights use a two-part system to mount the sights on a rail and will work on any rail, even if the rail is out of tolerance. With these sights, the mounting system is one piece, with the screw compressing the sight onto the rail. If you rail is out of tolerance, you either end of with the sights that wiggle on the rail because the rail is too narrow, or the sights will not slide onto the rail without using a hammer because the rail is too wide. Ended up returning these since they were basically useless due to this mounting system.
LWRC: remake these sights using a two-part mounting system and I will buy these again.

A disappointing set of sights
The LWRC Skirmish BUIS are marketed as (and priced) as a premium item, but offer no discernible benefit over other manufacturers' back up sights. The primary gripe is that the rear sight aperture assembly has a considerable amount of slop - about 0.5mm, which allows it to rock back and forth on the windage screw. Fit on the rail is snug and secure, as is the lockup when deploying the sight, which makes the aperture issue all the more strange. At the time of purchase, the Troy sights were not available, so the dice were rolled on the LWRC BUIS - They look nice, but I place my confidence in other brands of sights, of which Optics Planet has many.
Pros:
- Aesthetics
- materials
Cons:
- price
- value
- Poor QC
Best Used for:
- Buyer's Remorse
