Machining issues on outside of the receiver - LWRCI Extended 16 inch 5.56mm Complete Di Upper Receiver

Overall the upper looks nice but either the forging for the upper had an issue or a machine made a mistake but there is a 1" "dent" machined and finished over on the side of the receiver. Everything else looks good, but at the price paid, this isn't acceptable. If it's sold as a blem, it will be a good deal. But being sold at full price, I cannot recommend.
