The Lyman T-Mag kit is an excellent way to introduce one's self to reloading. Particularly if only working in one or two calibers, as you can leave the dies in and set up, ready to go. This saves lots of time otherwise spent fiddling around adjusting dies.
Pros: Very high quality components.
Cons: beam-style powder scale, instead of digital
