It fits MLok as it should, easy to install, don't needs instructions. Product is 5 star. I paired it with Magpul Industries Quick Detach Sling Swivel . I dinged 1 star because because when I attached then I was surprised it didn't swivel 360 degrees. After posting a couple questions online and digging I found out that was by design, a'la title above. If you look at the product picture carefully you can see the stops.
