10 round mag still fits 6 rounds - Magpul Industries PMAG 5RD Limiter

Bought these for the gen3 magpul 10 rd magazines to limit them to 5 plus one in chamber for legal hunting in my state. The magazines with the restricters still allow 6 rounds in the magazines which makes it illegal to hunt with still. These need a redesign to work properly.
