I was loading this magazine (in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines) and it broke on the first load. It sounded like something got stuck inside and snapped pretty much immediately.
I contacted both Magpul and Optics Planet support and they both essentially told me to kick rocks. No refund, no replacement, no warranty, they just took the money and ran.
Did I throw this magazine? No. Did I even drop this puppy? Not at all. There isn't even the option to repair this magazine with replacement parts. It went straight from box to loading and now it's going into the trash unless I decide to hang it on my wall as a daily reminder to never purchase from this company again.
