Excellent, comfortable, large, soft grip, with secret compartment - Magpul MOE-Plus AR15 Gun Grip

The grip that came with my lower was small and of hard plastic.

This Magpul, in gray, is larger -- fills my hand and makes the trigger length of pull better, for me. It's a soft texture, and very grippable.

It has a secret "bonus" -- the bottom has a trap door so you can store the hex keys and small screwdrivers you need to adjust your sights. VERY handy.
