Magpul customer 'no support' - Magpul XTM Hand Stop Kit

Received this with 2 male parts for the half section rather than a mating male and female, so couldn't fully use it. Unfortunate, but ok, mistakes happen. I called Magpul mistakenly thinking they could just mail me the tiny 30 cent missing female section in a stamped envelope...wrong. After waiting to speak to someone for over 20 minutes I was told I would have to pay to ship the whole thing back to them or I could return it to the retailer, then when I questioned this I was put on hold again for them to 'check', and hung up on. When I tried to call back nobody answered after waiting more than an hour. Seemed like the hangup was intentional and they refused my callback. Crappy rude care-less no-support. Penny wise and pound foolish. I will never buy another Magpul product.
