This appears to be a modern approximation of the legendary Federal 9BPLE, which Federal
made for Law Enforcement only at the time. A 115 gr. JHP at 1350fps. It was as close as to the .357M performance as they could get in a 9mm pistol.
This round comes in at 1330fps, a negligible difference. It is still an effective round. Also accurate, reliable, and reasonably priced.
It is, for a 9x19, a very hot load, and should only be used in strongly built pistols in good condition.
