Solid riser - Global Military Gear Picatinny See-Thru 1-inch Riser Mount

This riser mount solved my problem with my AR which I purchased with a flat top receiver and a front iron site. Without the riser mount, my scope was picking up the top of the front iron sight in my field of view. The riser fixed the issue and also provides more of an upright position for my head when shooting. One note: Be sure to factor in scope mount height when determining how high you want your riser mount. I had short scope mounts so the 1" riser mount worked well.
