Great stock for "standard" ak - FAB Defense Collapsible Buttstock w/ Shock Absorber for AK47

This review is for the FAB/Mako shock-absorbing stock for a standard AK. I put this on my RAS-47 and am thrilled with it so far. Had some difficulty with one of the screws -- which I believe is too short, but the main screw is solid and the fit is very tight and the stock seems to be on there very tight, regardless. I've shot the heck out of this thing and have not noticed any movement. I'm not crazy about plastic stocks in general, but this thing is VERY solid and well-designed. Most importantly, it allows for a pretty long length of pull (which is a constant problem I have) so that I can FINALLY shoot in prone with a scope without using a recoil pad and junk to get longer LOP. The shock absorber definitely helps -- I usually put a recoil pad on x39 rifles but am not feeling the need with this thing. The only negative is that I ordered the cheekpiece separately, and got the wrong one because it is VERY hard to know which one goes with this stock.
