Bent the rod - Manticore Arms Tavor Switchback ChArging Handle For Iwi Tavor

First and for most it takes a dedicated hour to replace these things. I loved how it felt and how it switched back and was more streamline than the original. But after 200rounds or so the connection between the rod and the handle canted and made it impossible to charge the rifle. Which scares me if this is a constant thing I will eventually have to replace the charging handle. This is a Tavor Israel has depended on these things for quite a long time and I want to depend on it as well. But if that rod starts bending again I will have to replace it. Has anybody else had similar issues?
