Legacy Reviewer's Review of Master Lock 1500iD Speed Dial Padlocks
Similar to Tony, I bought 2 locks and could not open. When I called customer service she said, "well... did you watch the video? Other than that there is not much i can do, you have 2 options: return the lock for a new one, or get a refund."
Honestly, I along with another professional tried to open this lock and both of us were unsuccessful the video says this is so easy and saves time, i think i've just wasted 20 minutes of my life that I'll never get back due to trying to open this lock.
Pros: Really cool in Theory- not in practice
Cons: Definitely cannot open
