I may be an outlier, but the M&P version of this adapter has worked perfectly for me with a couple of mil-spec lowers. I've had lots of trouble with the Stern Defense version -- not feeding the last round and not working at all with non-S&W mags. The Matador has worked fine with all the mags I've tried through it.
Pros:
- Works better for me than Stern Defense
Cons:
- No last round bolt hold open
Best Used for:
- mil spec lowers.
