Between two of these adapters and several brands of Mil-Spec lowers with Glock-Cut BCG's we were not able to make this work properly. As other reviews stated, there are feed ramp and ejector clearance issues. Those issues are solvable with time and tools to whittle away material and arrive at 'custom fit'. The next issue isn't quite as easy to overcome. The magazine catch has scantly enough material to retain the magazine which allows for an over-insertion condition when the magazine is slid home with any reasonable force. If you are a CZ person, chances are you have more than one or two mags stacked in the safe -which is probably why you're going through the trouble to build a PCC that takes the same mags as your sidearm. In our case we tried multiple mags, with different levels of use and capacities and the problem was universal. Not simply a problem of adding material to the catch, this problem spiraled out of control to the point of throwing in the towel and going a different direction. Unfortunately, by now these were modified beyond any hope of returning them for a refund so the best we can do is share our experience with others and steer you clear of this product. When it comes to firearms and associated parts I'm accustomed to a certain level of fitment which is generally accepted and expected. This product requires a redesigned to work properly. Spend your money on another brand.
