I damaged the frames of my favorite Maui Jim’s about two years after buying them (no longer covered in any warranty) - the lens would not stay in. I took them to the Maui Jim shop in Lahaina. Within three minutes, they had greeted me, diagnosed the problem checked parts inventory and offer to replace my frames for free. Repair was completed within 30 minutes. WOW! Great customer service!!!
