I got this for a longer (two AA) four-sevens quark flashlight, which is around 5 inches I believe. The molle flashlight pouches on here were too short for a flashlight of that length. It works great for the purpose. It is well constructed (it seems to be a good heavy duty nylon product that will take whatever abuse you throw at it), and I like that it has a flat backing that sits up nicely against the PALS webbing, rather than a cylindrical shape that would swing back and forth. The tab on the flap makes it easy to rip open the velcro flap. I got the Khaki color, and it is a pretty standard coyote tan type color -- more of a brownish tan than a brown or greenish khaki.
