Tough to use on some gear - Maxpedition 5inch TacTie (Pack of 4) 9905

These ties work great but are very tough to install on some gear. Putting a big pouch (e.g., water bottle) on the side of a large pack with lots of room / access it is no problem, but I had a very difficult time using them to put some small pouches on a Versipack where there was limited access. Some sort of plastic threading device should be included.
Pros: Strong, stable
Cons: Tough to install on small items
