Defective upon arrival - Maxpedition Falcon-II Backpack

This backpack might be great but mine arrived with a busted buckle. The color “khaki” is in between od green and coyote so I’m not really sure who they are designing it for. For me this was a professional application. So the color doesn’t match any uniform. Not really a huge issue for me but might be for some. Optics planet took two weeks to ship the product. The pack itself seems extremely well built and durable. I have a different pack that feels cheap compared to this one. The zippered which are usually the Achilles heal seem high end. I plan on keeping it because I ordered it last minute and need it. Not sure if I would otherwise
