Great quick access mag pouch - Maxpedition Single M4/M16 Shingle Pouch (Short) 9823

This is a great product if you want quick access to your AR15 magazine. It's low-profile and has an adjustable band that allows you to control how fast you can take out (and put back in) a magazine. I would highly recommend this for competition or range use.

Attaching this pouch to molle gear is simplistic. All you need are attachments, which you'll have to buy separately.

Last point, for duty use where you're out in an uncontrolled/dirty/dusty environment, I would consider a mag pouch with some kind of cover top to keep debris out of your magazines.
