Great customer service - Meade LXD 75 SN-10AT 10" Schmidt-Newtonian Telescopes w/ UHTC - 10047502

I bought this scope back on the last day of Sept. When it arrived I put it together. I noticed a few things about the scot that didn't seem right. Optics Planet took it back right away no questions asked. They procedded to "attempt" to send a new one out right away. Alas they were backordered. Now of course this sucked. But Optics Planet(OP) told me right away and offered to refund the money. I thought I would be loyal and wait it out since they had been straight forward and nice to me(even though i wasnt super easy going). I waited the month and emailed them asking if it would be in. It wasn't but the response to my email was very prompt. So I waited a couple more weeks. It finally came in and I got the email even before it was gone from the warehouse. OP has been great their customer service has been above and beyond my expectations. They acted quick and painlessly for me to accomodate my needs. I recommend this company to for what ever your needs are. after all if they act this way for a expensive scope I'm sure something as small as eyeglasses they would give their top attention.
