In ny you need this to have this - Mean Arms AR-15 Loader

At first I was not having much luck with these and it took a minute of practice to figure it out. I found if you oil the MA loader and internal mag it works great and loads all ten rounds every time. I played around with it at the range and got really comfortable using this. It’s a bit slower than simply changing a mag but in ny I need this to be legal
