Great gloves for shooting
Great fit and quality construction. Shot in the rain all day at class and they worked well. Hands stayed fairly warm and are well protected from impact. Not to thick, so they still fit through the trigger guard.

Looks good, QC conerns
Goods:They gloves are very comfortable (wore them on a hog stalk in 90 degree weather and did not feel that my hands pruned). Good materials and protects your hands as gloves should.
Bad: On Day 1, noticed the stitching near the V of the thumb missed the mark and opens during wear. Needs better QC....

Maybe it's the non-TAA version?
These are the non-TAA version, so maybe that has something to do with it. Overall quality is ok but the fit is bigger than their other Large size gloves. Also, closing wrist strap doesn't get tight around the wrist like their other offerings. Not my favorite pair of Mechanix gloves.

fits true to size and durable
Fits true to the sizing guide. Glove material is heavier than I was expecting almost something you could wear in spring and fall for work outside without your hands sweating.

Fits like a glove
I really like this design. I go through a lot of gloves and I was excited to find these. I like the color, the print, and I like the knuckle protection while keeping the finger profile low. The only thing I don't like is that the strap is on the bottom, and I prefer to have them on the top. The picture makes it look like it's on the top, but it's not. That being said, it's not enough of an issue for me not to love these gloves. Just something I need to get used to. They are just the right size and give the protection I need without getting in the way. Right now, these are my go-to gloves for training.

Great shooting gloves
Upon receiving the gloves, I noticed right away that the quality is high end. I ordered them because I recently had a round explode in the chamber of my pistol and burned my hand a little bit. These gloves have heavy duty padding, and makes me feel that my hand will be safe if that ever happens again.

Not for shooting
No idea why they are even selling these on Optics Planet. These are not in any way shooting gloves and buying them for that purpose is bad. Perfectly fine for what they are actually designed for, working outside, automotive work, etc. Don't buy these if you want gloves to wear while shooting.

Great gloves at a great price
These gloves are super comfortable and appear to be very durable. Grippy and protect your hand well. The only complaint is that they do fit a little loose so it might be worth finding them in a local store to try them on first to see what size works for you before ordering them online.

Good gloves, wrong size.
I thought I had ordered size medium, but I was sent size XXL. Looking at my order it looks like the mistake was made on my end. Got an RMA number and sent them back. Just waiting for the new right sized ones to arrive so that I can test them out.

Great glove
I find these gloves to fit properly, padding in correct locations, good grip, finding and feeling the trigger great, trigger guard not found to be a problem, do not necessarily need back of hand protection but produces no hindrances concerning dexterity.

Mechanix Mpact
Been wearing mechanix for several years. Best gloves on the market imo, and the Mpact is a level up. I bought them specifically for shooting, and love them. Even with smaller pistols the gloves aren't in the way. Great gloves!
