Meprolight rear at-15 peep aperture w tritium - Meprolight AR15/M16 4 Dot Peep Rear Night Sights

I ended up getting their front site post and it’s like a miracle! So you know I had to get the rear aperture. The only problem is one out of the four dots is 50% darker than the rest and it’s not because there’s a little gunk on it or something it’s just flat out half dead. The return process on situations like this is far from ideal. It’s not like you give them a call and have a conversation with someone and then it gets worked out, no no, you gotta go through that insane labyrinth of paperwork to figure out how to do things. I hate it. It makes it so a guy gets so frustrated that they don’t even care to bother with sending it back and then the buyer just, takes the financial hit. This is by design, and I know it. So I’m not happy at all really. The only reason I gave three stars is cause I’ve had better luck with other products in the past. If I were you, I would just ignore tritium aperture altogether. They’re not all they cracked up to be. on top of all that it appears there’s problems with American manufacturing these days. Quality control seems to be just out the window when it comes to certain things. and the aperture wasn’t even machine correctly. A $65 aperture, and they didn’t even machine it correctly. It is the biggest disappointment I have bought from this company.
