Meprolight's customer service is about the best I've received anywhere! The first set of sights I got were quite dim - especially the front. I emailed Meprolight, and within 10 minutes, got a return mail from Jonathan. He gave me a return authorization within another few minutes, and handed me off to Timothy in their warehouse. Timothy was equally prompt, and within a day, the sights were in the mail to Mepro. He informed me when he received them, and let me know, same day, that he was making out the paperwork for replacement sights. Got 'em today, and am quite pleased. Best part of all, though, was the outstanding service and prompt attention from these two outstanding gentlemen.
