For self install you MUST have:
-Brass hammer and punches
-2000+ grit sandpaper or Arkansas stones
-Loctite 609 or equivalent
It helps to finish the install at a range or somewhere you can test fire the sight alignment.
Pros: Great built quality, low profile, highly visible in the dark.
Cons: Tough to install-- Either pay $100 for a smith to install them or do it yourself if you have the right tools.
