MLAD's Review of Midwest Industries AK Alpha Series Folding Stock
I've been looking for a ZenitCo stock for my KR-9 for quite some time, but with prices for them hitting ~$1000 in the US...
In comes this guy! Wowee what a price too! (coming from $1000) There aren't many videos on this thing so I was a little skeptical, but this stock is built WELL, like REAL WELL!
It's tight as can be, in a good way. Not stiff, but feels like it could take a decent beating and nothing would loosen up. Its a majority aluminum, with a rubber butt pad, a polymer cheek pad, and steel parts in all the structural spots. It sports the same folding mechanism as most other Midwest Industries stocks and folding buffer tubes do.
Adjustment is quite easy with tons of options, and I find the stock very comfortable on a 9mm PCC. Oh and it also has 3 QD sling points.
I think they hit it out of the ballpark with this one, consider me a fan.
