Great sight, subpar hardware - Midwest Industries Combat Fixed Front Iron Sights

This sight was easy to mount, looks great, and was centered nicely on the rail. However, the cross bolt is apparently made of very cheap material and is tightened using a flathead screwdriver bit. Despite using a large flathead bit and the recommended torque (35 in-lb), the drive of the cross bolt started to strip far before the spec torque was reached. I love Midwest Industries, but this was uncharacteristic and disappointing for their stuff. It seems like using hex or torx drive for the cross bolt and some stouter material would prevent this. Still happy with the sight, but moving it to a different rifle could cause problems.
