Free float hand guard - Midwest Industries Gen2 SS-Series One-Piece Free Float Handguard 15 Inch Rifle Flat Dark Earth MI-SS15G2-FDE

I've been looking to replace my shorter Midwest Industries 10'' hand guard and found several other brands that just didn't have the look and feel I wanted on my hands. I didn't want the exposed picatinney rails exposed along the hand guard. After seeing this one, I knew it was the size and style I wanted. The fit is perfect, however the flat dark earth color is a little lighter than the industry Magpul standard. However, it will work for my application since I'm not trying to match anything other than a pistol grip.
