Windage adjustment concern - Midwest Industries Top Mounted Deployable Iron Sight

I installed my new Midwest Industries front and rear sights a couple of weeks ago and took my rifle to the range to sight it in. After sighting in at 50 & 100 yards, with the ammo I will be primarily using, I noticed that my windage setting is way off to the left. I thought maybe it was the ammo, so I sighted in again with several different loads but got similar results each time. I checked the sights to see if they were loose or off-center but everything seemed fine.I’m an Army Vet and a long time competitive shooter, so I’m pretty sure I know how to zero my sights but maybe I’m missing something. I’m going to take that rifle out to the range again, after ensuring everything is tight and straight, and give it another try. If I get the same results I will send them back for a replacement or refund.
