Dan's Review of Midwest Industries SP Series AR-15 M-LOK Handguard
Before tightening to 20 ft/lbs, I hand tightened the barrel nut and tested the alignment holes with gas tube and gas block, which aligned. I removed the gas block and tube and then continued with the instructions. I used the provided wrench to tighten to 20 ft/lbs. The gas tube wouldn’t align, so I attempted to tighten to next hole while using the provided wrench (this is step 8 in the provided instructions).The barrel nut began to break, so I decided to stop. I’m going to start the return process through Optics Planet.
