I appreciate the thigh pocket for practical purposes. The top pouch and hand warmer pockets are perfect. The warmth is just right and sized to allow for lighter or heavier base layers underneath. The side access zipper is fine for changing and bathroom stops , but could be about 2 inches longer. I am 5’6, 140 wear the medium. I have skied in these several times and they have held up well. The price was a great value too!
