I've converted from the metal ammo cans - MTM 3-Can Ammo Crate .50 Caliber

Never thought I'd choose plastic over metal but these are better in every way. Lighter, more space and overall shaped works better to accommodates boxes of ammo, great airtight seal, and MOST IMPORTANTLY they are strong enough to carry the ammo! I have these filled to the top with all kinds of ammo and you can be confident that when you grab the hamdle it won't break or sag. These ammo cans have come along way in the past decade, the plastic is solid!
