Metcalf review - Mystery Ranch Metcalf Bivy Hunting Backpack

I got a great deal on this pack during Optics Planet's Memorial Day Sales and was very pleased with the savings. Packs are super tough to shop for with so many of them only available direct to consumer. My research narrowed it down to 2-3 models and the sale price made me pull the trigger on this one. Very pleased so far. I've only done one hike with it for about 8 miles at 9500 ft. and about 25 lbs. in the pack. Amazingly no stress or tension on my neck or shoulders. I'll be building up longer hikes with heavier loads and hopefully packing out an elk this fall.
