The backpack is awesome as described on the website. Very light and very comfortable to wear. The packaging that it came in opened during shipping and the box arrived torn open. I watched the UPS driver unload it and he didn’t care that the package was torn open and made no attempt to fix it. For the money I spent on the backpack, I wish the shipping company would spend an extra $.25 on tape and double tape the ends.
