Haven't had a lot of opportunity yet to use this. But the installation (installed on an AR17 bolt action) was easy and it has great laser light distance allowing the utilization of adding a laser w/o spending tons of dollars.

Little larger than I would have liked and the external wire is sort of a minor pain but I bought this unit for a 18 1/2" tactical version home defense tool so appearance is not on my list of must-haves.

Works great, the mounting was easy, the instructions were clear and the until comes with it's own tools and good documentation. At this price point, my expectations were pretty low but it is a surprising value in my opinion. I bought two and will give one to a friend for Christmas. Nice, bright green crisp 1/2" diameter image at 25 to 50 feet and green is very easy for the eye to see. Important for me that uninvited nigh time visitors be able to clearly discern that my tool was available to greet them quickly. My goal was to have a quick visual reference point in tight quarters, in pitch dark conditions while in a high stress environment and this laser definitely delivers on that requirement.

Would I buy this laser again? Yes. No question.

Optics Planet provides great customer service. You order the product and it comes in almost the next day. The laser was easy to install, quick to zero in and bright enough to be able to see even at long distances during a bright sunny day. Have not fired the gun with it on yet, waiting to see if it will maintain the zero.

Wanted it for an UZI pistol, but stuck
out too far into flash area, so I used it on a M1 carbine instead.

...with the laser mounted on the barrel, just ahead of the gas tube, at the 3 o'clock position, there's space for the blade bayonet to slip in, just below the mounting screw. Sweet.

Odered on Tuesday on my doorstep Wednesday. Can see it full sun on my burn barrel at 100 feet.Mounted on pistol grip 12 gauge now I can shoot from hip and hit it.

Unique sight with both red and green lasers, usable according to time of day. Very bright green. Seems solidly built.

This green laser light is awesome..I put it on a Ruger 10/22 rifle and all I can say is wow. Has a strong beam and is fun to watch at night. Took only a short while to zero it. Just so much fun to shoot with a laser sight!!
